Certified translations for individuals
Les coûts de la traduction dépendent de la longueur du texte, à cela se rajoute 30 fr. pour la légalisation ou la certification.
SCRiBE also translates birth certificates, certificates of origin, declarations of celibacy and residence, divorce decrees and diplomas, provided they are in languages covered by SCRiBE (English, German, French, Italian and Spanish). Depending on the intended use, we can also certify the translation ourselves using our stamp and signature, or have it legalised by a local notary.
Since only hard copies of the originals exist, we can’t give you an estimate without seeing the actual document. The simplest is just to come by during office hours or scan the text and send it to us by email so we can estimate costs. We will in any case need the original if you want a legal certification.
Please take into account that the whole process will take about a week, even if the document is only one or two pages long. You can pay in cash upon delivery (credit card payment is not possible) or for larger jobs, pay a deposit and receive an invoice for the rest.
Costs depend on the length of the text, plus CHF 30 for the legalisation or certification.
Degree projects
Good editing can increase the grade of a degree project (Swiss Matura, Bachelor’s or Master’s dissertations, PhDs, etc.). We have a soft spot for students and can offer them special rates.
